9.2 We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw a part-exchange valuation if the vehicle condition differs from the description provided.
10. Test Drives
10.1 Valid proof of identity and a driving licence may be required before any test drive.
10.2 Drivers are responsible for any fines or penalties incurred during the test drive.
